Chiropractor
Josh completed his Bachelor and Master of Chiropractic degrees at Macquarie University in 2011, graduating with awards for research, diagnostic imaging, and academic excellence. He has since taught various subjects at Macquarie University including anatomy, pathology, diagnostic imaging and patient management.
While Josh thoroughly enjoys teaching, he is equally passionate about being part of the team at George St Chiropractic. His interests include musculoskeletal injury, pain management, biomechanics and rehabilitation. Josh appreciates the necessity to assess each individual and their needs, striving to arrive at a clear diagnosis and work together towards mutual treatment goals. He practices evidence based therapy and employs a variety of treatment techniques including soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisation, adjustments, dry needling, and exercise prescription. Josh regularly attends seminars to further his learning and skill set. These include:
- Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation A and B
- Dry Needling Level 1 and 2
- Yoga in Rehabiliation Level 1 and 2
- Selective Functional Movement Assessment Level 1
